My 2013 Acadia with 126,000 is in the shop for the well known torque converter issue, this has caused the need to have the transmission rebuilt and is going to cost me about $5000. Since this is a noted problem with the acadias I was hoping there was something you would be able to do to help me get gm to help with the cost of this.

Very old thread, nobody from GM is on here for a long time.
You'll have to explore other avenues.

@xenon has not posted on this forum in almost 4 years, I would not expect a response.

If you look at the NHTSA database, there are very few complaints relative to the number of Acadia's sold in 2013.

I personally would not expect any sort of relief on an 11 year old vehicle with 126k miles.
