Is there an actual "button" to reset the TPMS IN THE 2014 ACAIDIA? Everything I see on line says it's in the owners manual, bull I don't see anything in it if you know where it might be let me know!

No. Read your owners manual about resetting (matching) TPMS. It's under Tire Pressure Monitor System. Use the index at the back of the manual to find it. If you don't have a hard copy of the manual, search for the .pdf file of one online using "[model year] Acadia owners manual" as keywords in your browser's search box. You'll also find a bunch of threads here about the subject if you use good keywords in the forum's search function.
Thank you, but it only talks about the relearn with $60 tool I don't have one. all I want to know is how to reset the low tire pressure in the R Rear tire on the dic on the instrument cluster.
You have to put air in the tire. The low pressure light will (should) reset itself. If it doesn't, set air pressure in all the tires - the sensors may not be matched to the correct tire position.
BTW, any tire store or dealership can match the sensors for you. They will likely charge a fee for doing so.
Have all four changed when you change your tires. I learned that lesson the hard way. I had 2 out and had them replaced with the new tires. A week later the third one went and now the last one has gone. Way cheaper when you're doing tires anyway.
