Modified shifting when you press the tow haul button.
Tap to lane change goes from 3 flashes to 6.
Alternator defaults to always on.
On the 1st gens early models, yes you could buy the switch and connect it, anf it worked.
On the traverse forum, member greentraverse i thi k his name is, pm him and hecwill send you tons of info on adding the tow package items.

I can confirm flash to pass changed to 6 when I swapped out for the 4 button module with trailer button. Also, shifting pattern definitely changed and trailer light shows up on dashboard when pushed! Thanks for the help! I also found that fuse box is ready for trailer setup, just need a few relays and fuses. Found wiring harness near right rear tire. all i need now is the hitch itself!
