I have the SLT 2007 Acaidia. The power outlet in the rear storage area and center console storage area work fine but the one in the dash and in the rear control panel do not work. Fuses are good. :banghead:

Gotta lead off with the silly question....

Do you have power applied to the vehicle? I know the 110V plug needs to have power for it to work

If you're talking about the 'cigarette lighter' outlets, mine are powered all the time. Check that there isn't any dirt or debris inside them that could break the contact. Also, they can be popped out to see if the wiring is connected to the center terminal and ground.

No power with engine off or on. I have rented previous Acadias and remember them all having power as will at all times. I have pulled sockets and there is no power at the wires coming into the socket. Hoping its not an electrical issue because we have had a little water get into the interior do to sunrood failure, which was fixed but now appearing again. Also had the steering wheel noise repaired but it is coming back as of today. Hoping if I can get these few failure points fixed so that we can enjoy the car cause it really is a awsome vehicle for a family of 5.

I had the same issue on my 2008 and it turns out a fuse was never installed in the proper relay for any of them to get power. I just used one of the spares provided & presto outlets work.
OP stated originally that the fuses were good

A fuse can be good but won't help if it's installed in the wrong socket!

Rear door lift gate stopped going up all the way and then back down. I changed the gas struts. Same problem. I was told the DC cigarette lighter has something to do with it, and sure enough the front and rear consoles are dead, but the 120 V works. Anyway the fuse was EASY to take out (it was good) and terrible to get back in under the glove box. Does anyone know if the DC cigarette lighter/ charger effects the lift gate sensor? I also noticed a small ding in the rear door, can that effect it? I am pretty much out of options. I can only do more damage at this point unless anyone has gone through this...

DC power outlet fuses are in the fuse box under the hood.
