Hi all, I am new to the forum this is my first post. I have an 07 SLT 2 Summit White loaded with everything but the cargo radio controls. Can somebody point me to where the paint code is located? Much appreciated.

The paint code will be in the glove box, on the Service Parts Identification (SPID) label. Towards the bottom of the sticker, you should see a number(s) that start with the letter "U" or "L". U stands for "upper" and "L" stands for "lower" and is known as the "WA#". For instance, you may have a U840 or a U356 L231 or similar. In the upper portion where the three digit codes are, your paint code will be one of the "U" codes, i.e. 21U or similar, which is known as the "RPO" code. Its good to have both RPO and WA# when getting paint.

For future reference, here is an example:

Looking at the codes, you can see that the paint code is "11U". Look for it in the RPO codes (three digit codes).
The WA# for this paint is 3967 and you will noticed its listed as WA-L3967 U3967 (very bottom) That means the upper and lower colors are the same (monochromatic paint scheme).

Look for the SPID label in the rear cargo compartment - maybe on the lid to it or one of the walls. That's where it's been found in the new platform Acadia since 2017.

Welcome to the forum, too.

Thanks for the reply. Took everything out down to the spare tire, even took the spare out. Nothing on the inside body, under the lid cover, side walls, styrofoam compartment.. ??? Looked inside center console, all door jams and pillars, under driver seat, under the hood... nothing? After enough research online I think my code may be G1W Frost White.

That would be a good guess if the color is one of the options for that year. Another way to get the paint code is through the VIN. A dealer or body shop would be able to look up the build sheet with the VIN for your vehicle. The build sheet will have the paint code along with all the other factory options on your vehicle and their RPO codes. The dealer's parts department may be able to get you a replacement SPID label, too.
