I have a 2015 Acadia SLT AWD with 120,000 miles.
In auto and doing 25-30 mph the transmission seems to jump between 3-4 gear. If your accelerating from a stop to say 40mph and over there is no issue. Maintaining very light rpm’s and maintaining a constant 25-30 mph is when you feel it stammering. In manual mode and shifting with the button you don’t feel any stammering.
Thinking it might be the TMCM acting up, what does anyone think might be my problem?
Torque Converter was replaced 8 months ago and solved some severe shuttering.
Thanks for any and all comments.

Both my Acadia and my Toyota Matrix do exactly the same thing. There has never been an MIL or CEL illuminated. That shift point is programmed into the control modules. It's adjusted depending on torque demand (i.e. uphill/downhill, foot postion on the acc. pedal). I don't see it as a problem.

Thanks for your input. My concern is when it happens you can feel it jerk all through the drive train. It is very noticeable and predictable. Can this control be put in relearn mode by disconnecting the battery, and would that help?
Thanks so much for all you do Speleos
you the best

What you just descibed could be fluid condition (needs servicing), internal to the transmission, a worn axle, or even a bad motor/transmission mount. If you,re not a good DIYer, you should probably have a drivetrain specialist do a thorough evaluation.
