I couldn't come up with anything using that search criteria.
Today I took the torque tube out of a Chevy Equinox. The tube is much shorter, but for the $30 I paid for it, it's worth a gamble the bearings are the same. I'll be sure and post the results with pictures.
I saw one called Buy Auto Parts which looked interesting. Too bad it didn't turn up for you. You'll be able to get the numbers off that bearing, then, if the bearing swap doesn't work out. ;)

I ended up getting a used torque tube from an 08. When I pulled the one off my buddy's Enclave, it stunk like burnt oil and the clutch assembly was wobbling when I spun the shaft. In looking at the shorter torque tube of the Equinox, everything is the same, except for the length of the tube and the connecting shaft. Anyway, after I replaced the torque tube and the transfer case and binding issue when turning is ancient history. Cost of the parts was $130 CAD and took about 2 hours to remove at the salvage yard.
