A local locksmith is probably your best bet because they can likely come to your house and get you going in order to program the new remotes. You likely would have to have vehicle towed to the dealer which would be costly if you don't have AAA, or insurance towing coverage.

Most locksmiths will have the security credentials needed to access KEY CODES via the AC Delco TDS web site and should be able to help.
Hopefully the OP has gotten his new fob(s) in the month since he last posted, but not all locksmiths are equipped to handle automotive work. Look for an automotive locksmith.
Dunno if he was BS'ing me, but according to the 'smith that made me a duplicate key & fob for my Colorado this past summer there's a subscription fee on the programming computer that has to be paid every time he uses it.
