I have to take my Acadia in here soon as the rear passanger door plastics seem to skid on one another right before closing. This happened with about 1500 miles on it. Anyone else had this problem?

i.e. The plastic on the door rubs on the plastic of the encloser making it nudge before it closes

I have had NO other problems at all with my Acadia as of now and am going on 3500 miles.

I can say that the transmission does not shift down sometimes like you might expect which is what I have been hearing.

I had the same issue with mine. Took it to the dealer and they adjusted the weather stips and the moldings around the door. Not sure why the rubbing occured in the place. It was around 1500 miles and the same door as your. Good luck.

Yeah I just took mine in today to get the doors fixed. The left rear started doing it a little bit now too. I hope they can take care of it.
