I purchased my Acadia on May 28th of this year. I've had it only 2 days. The rest of the time it has been in the service department at the dealer where it was purchased. It seems the MAIN problem at the time is that the rear a/c is not cooling. It blows just like it's on vent all of the time. The service dept has contacted us 4 separate times to let us know that the problem either doesn't exist or that they have fixed it. The first 2 times they claimed that the air was blowing at 40 degrees. When we went to pick it up and drove it for 20 minutes it was blowing at 70 degrees. It seems to cool sometimes but not all of the time. Needless to say...after 4 trips (98 mile round trips) to the dealer, the problem still isn't fixed and I'm on the last knot of my rope. Any suggestions?
