So I bought a 2014 Acadia used with 60k miles. Paid 4k for the extended warranty and 5,000 miles outside of warranty....my nightmare began. Traction control off, service stabilitrak and reduced engine power intermittently for the last year. My car has been in the shop more months than I've had it. I've paid for multiple diagnostic fees, repairs that didn't fix the problem and thousands in rental car fees. Currently in a rental and going on week 7 in the dealership shop this time, with a recommended repair "as a start" of $1900.00. I just paid for a $600.00 repair that was supposed to fix these issues and 34 hours later, my vehicle is back at the dealership while I'm paying $400.00/week for a rental. GMC literally has the worst customer service on the planet and I still owe on this vehicle. For what I've shelled out in the last year in worthless "repairs" and rentals I could have paid it off. I have NEVER been so unhappy with a vehicle or customer service in my life! I will NEVER buy a GM product again!
