Any idea on if there are Lowering Spring kits out yet or not? I'd LOVE a 1-1/2 to 2 inch drop.... make the wheels stand out quite a bit more.

Quote from Gravana Jim "I installed Gravana/H&R prototype springs with a 1" drop. It needs 2-3 inches and production springs will offer the lower stance! " From this link http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2922293.
Hope it helps.

sandman,
Can you tell me what the means "needs 2-3 inches and production springs will offer the lower stance"? I understand Jim installed new springs with a 1" drop but not the rest of the comment.

i read the article, i think the writer made an error on that one....

what he actually means that the vehicle needs 2-3 inches drop more to achieve the lower stance from the stock production springs as a 1" drop doesnt make any difference visually. Ask anyone that have his suspension lowered and they can attest to that. :)

I had H&R Sports on my Mustang Cobra before I sold it.... those springs were FABULOUS. Handling was much improved, and ride comfort was still maintained.... not to mention the drop was perfect.

Sounds good to me. You could also follow the links and ask Jim. He has responded to several posts
