No PnP possible to that conversion. Changing HID to LED would require, at a minimum, bypassing the HID ballast. Then, relays and fuses would probably have to modified.

Appears to be something new. Hasn't shown in any search I've performed before. Good luck if you use it.

These HID to LED replacements are new to me also. But apparently some have been around as early as March 2019 or earlier.

For future readers. . . an internet search should reveal some - keywords > HID D3S LED Conversion

(note: there's more than one search engine on the internet)
