I sent my vehicle to a repair shop to have body work completed and a tire replaced with an alignment. I attempted to pick my vehicle up from the shop yesterday and now I have a loud grinding sound that occurs and can be heard from inside and outside the vehicle. This takes place approximately within driving 3-5 miles, the shop says they dont hear anything and provided me with a 2016 bulletin about changing the steering fluid because of a "whirring" sound due to colod temperatures. This is metalic grinding NOT a whirring sound. Does anyone have any suggestions, has this happened to you and if so what was the cause and how was it fixed? Thanks for nay possible help!!

Welcome to the forum.
Sometimes a loose (or broken) exhaust heat shield can cause a sound like that. Have the shop check that out for you.
