Itsmike....Are you saying that your update corrected the "cluster going dark issue" but you still have a few glitches remaining? Thanks.UPDATE: Dealer had to update the infotainment system per a technical service bulletin to address the instrument cluster issue. We have had the Speech recognition engage a few times by itself since then, as well as one call placed on hold without touching anything. Otherwise...the update did seem to fix the instrument cluster going dark and sweeping guages. Hope this helps someone!
Thanks Mike... I guess it's one step forward and two steps back with these electrical glitches. My car is still at the dealership after almost a week and 700 miles on the clock. I guess they are scratching their heads too!Yes....there seems to be some new glitches.

We just had a similar problem while driving home last night. Driving down a rural road, no street lights, about 50 mph when the instrument panel and infotainment display went dark a few seconds then came back on. We've had our 2021 Acadia Denali since October 2020 and only have 4700 mi. on it. Scary stuff especially on a dark road. Will be making an appointment for service.Hi All, I just purchased a 2021 Acadia SLT V6 on May 29th, 2021. Car currently has 175 miles on it. Driving home last night (day 2 of ownership) the entire instrument panel as well as the infotainment display went dark. I pulled over to a service station and kept the car running while playing with the dimmer switch.....Eventually the lights came back on. Defective dimmer switch? Why would the entire instrument cluster as well as the infotainment system go completely dark? Any TSB on this matter? I will be bringing the car into the dealer at my earliest convenience. Not thrilled that on day 2 of ownership my car has issues.
