We have already replaced the HVAC Control Module (In Dash), HVAC Resistor and also the Blower Motor with Fan. Fan is still not blowing at all not even for defrost. The rear unit is working without any issues. Does anyone know any additional parts that we should replace or have any additional trouble shooting tips?

Hello and welcome. Sorry you are having an HVAC issue. What year Acadia?
Can we assume fuses were checked and connections to them were verified good?

Someone with some electrical knowledge and a meter to check supply voltages might also be required.

The front blower motor may have its own fuse (and relay, too) in the underhood fuse box. Check those, as well. If it still doesn't work, the problem could probably be resolved by someone with a scan tool and knowledge of how to use it.

What's the year and trim level of your Acadia?

2011 GMC Acadia SLT - We have checked the fuses as well. We are being told that the HVAC control module will need to be programmed to the car. Is this something that we can do at home?

Not likely it can be done at home unless you or someone has the pricey electronic repair device programmer required, the software and permissions to use it, etc.
If the HVAC module was replaced. . . yes, a trip to the dealer would be in order. I would call first and give them the particulars and ask to be assured that you will not have to pay a fee unless they can positively program it. Some dealers and techs are more savvy than others.
