in general, the ride is great. but, with 2 adults, 4 kids, a few soccer bags, small ice chests, and 4 fold up soccer chairs, it seems to me that the springs/shocks on the rear are too soft. it bounces up and down too much for my liking, but with just a normal load of 2 adults and 2 kids with nothing extra in the back, it rides very good.
the acaida is the best car i ever had. ride, style, comfort, good enough performance ect. wife likes it, kids like it. i finally bought a winner. i even put a denali grille and a billet GMC emblem on. GMC took a car and built it better the then japan.
I have had some nice cars in my day, including a Lexus, and I like the Acadia better than any of them. It's not perfect, but I haven't found a vehicle that is. It is a blast to drive, and I highly recommend it.
