So I finally figured it out. There are 3 screws and 3 clips holding each one in place. I had to take the 2 screws out of the pull handle area and then pry the entire window switch assembly along with the wood grain trim straight up. From there I was just barely able to get a small 90 degree ratcheting screwdriver under it to get the 3 T20 screws out. Once those screws are out you pry the wood trim straight out towards you/away from the door. It's a pain but it's not to hard once you know how to do it. I plasti dipped the woodgrain trim black and it looks a lot better than the wood.
I did take the entire front passenger door panel off in order to figure this out and I must have broken some clips because it will not go back on flush at the top corner and theirs a big gap between the glass and the window sweep. I ran out of time so it's going to have to stay like that until I get a chance to mess with it again.
