First, it's great to see such an active forum for a new domestic vehicle. This bodes well for the Acadia's success. Most domestic models can be on sale for years without generating a forum as active as this one.
Seeing how active this forum is, I hope people here can help out. In late 2005 I started conducting my own reliability research because what's out there today isn't very good. I'm reporting absolute stats like "times in the shop" that will make the differences between cars much clearer. Relative ratings obscure too much--how large is the difference between "better than average" and "worse than average"? I’ll also be updating results four times a year.
I'm very grateful that the admin of this forum sees the value in this research, and has been very helpful.
Participants report repairs the month after they occur on a one-page survey. When there are no repairs, they simply report an approximate odometer reading four times a year, at the end of each quarter.
To encourage participation, panel members receive full access to the results free of charge.

Update: TrueDelta now has a separate results page for each model that includes the scores of competitors for easy comparisons. The one for the GMC Acadia:
