For a whole month I been having a problem with my 2013 GMC Acadia it all started when my water hose had ripped apart so the whole water came out and my truck overheated that got fixed but instead of putting coolant they had put water only the next day the engine hot ac off started coming out so that’s when we put coolant and it went away but it started coming out again radiator was changed temp sensor and pig tail as well no one seems to find the problem because the engine hot ac off still keeps coming out my truck isn’t overheating the temp gauge drops to 160..

The only thing I get from this post is that you've had rank amateurs working on your vehicle. Putting water only in the cooling system is the tipoff. No reasonably qualified mechanic would do that. It's also incorrect to put 100% antifreeze in a cooling system if that's what you're telling us about how they tried to remedy the problem. Find someone with at least minimal qualifications to fix it for you.
