So, I got lightly backed into and the wiring for an aftermarket trailer hitch was cut. As I was splicing it back together it shorted and had a small spark. The fuse was not blowm but now the right side tail light doesn't work, the power windows stopped working and I can't take the key out of the ignition (the solinoid is stuck on....The fuses all look fine, is there some other fuse that supplies power to the small fuze box that I need to replace? Other things in the panel work fine like the radio etc....

Hopefully someone has encountered something like this before!

Hopefully, no one has encountered that before!

The best bet is taking out each individual fuse for the circuit which doesn't work and checking continuity of the fuse with a multimeter. Somerimes a break in the fuse is not visible through the case. Good luck.

Agreed, use a multimeter or test light and check all fuses, also make sure to to check all fuse panels, depending on year there could be up to 4 of them.
