The procedure I found says to use a plastic, flat bladed tool to release the clips that hold the entire lamp housing to the headliner. From there you can disconnect the electrical connectors and get to the top of the lamp housing where there are some screws holding the faceplate to the housing. Take the screws out and remove the faceplate to get to the bulbs.
It does seem like they are making stuff harder and harder to service yourself. It used to be you just popped off the dome lamp lens and the bulb was right there to swap out. I don't look forward to having to change any of the bulbs in the headlamp assembly either. Its another PITA. :banghead:
