We ran the battery dead listening to the radio while working outside our house. Jump starting the car was easy. Our problem now is the radio is completely dead. I don't see any lights and can't turn it on. All other displays are fine and no other residual issues. We have the Radio with CD player and XM Satellite. No DVD player.

Has this happened to anyone else and how do I solve it?
- is there a reset switch?
- a fuse issue? (from reading posts on this forum it appears the fuse box is a pain in the neck)

Any advice would be appreciated.

With my old Gran Prix, when you disconnected the battery, I had to take it back to the dealer to have the radio reset with special code. It had to do with the anti-theft system. Call your service dept today.
