When I first start to accelerate, at about 8 - 10 MPH I hear a click. It does not happen when I stop the car (i.e. a stop sign or traffic light) and then start up again, only when I have shifted into park. It sound like it is coming from the front of the vehicle.

Any ideas?

Previous discussions have stated that it is the anti-lock brakes doing something. Forget what it is but it is normal. My Outlook does it.

It is normal, it's a test, and the manual tells about it.

I think I remember seeing it a couple places when I read the manual, but could not find both of them. I did find for the 2008 on page 4-5 where it says that the clicking noise is normal.
