Here is a few links I have found stating that Chevy is thinking about using the Lambda Platform to bring back the Chevy Nomad name for 2009. The one article states that this could be producted in the Spring Hill plant, which I think is a Saturn Plant in Tennessee.

Here is a picture of the Nomad concept car - I wonder if they would keep this same concept with the Lambda or if they would change to look more like the Acadia/Outlook/Enclave?

Are they really considering making this a two-dorr vehicle? No way it works with this size vehicle. That would be one big, heavy, cumbersome door.

No, that concept picture was unrelated to the possibility of using the name for the Chevy Lambda. That happened to be the last concept that also used the 'Nomad' name.

Spoke with a good buddy of mine who is a marketing manager for the Chevy Division, he said that Chevy will have a version of the Lambda in 2009 - he does not know what name they will be using.
