I've been able to play dvd's no problem - the wireless headphones work with those, but today I tried XM in the rear for the kids (if I hear high school musical one more time . . .). Nothing came out of the headphones. The same for AM and FM. The manual info wasn't very specific. Any ideas on what is wrong?

Did you change the channel switch on the headphones (a slide switch on one side - the opposite side of the red on/off button) and make sure the source on the rear audio is set to the XM (which I think you did). From the manual:

The RSE includes two 2-channel wireless
headphones that are dedicated to this system.
These headphones are used to listen to media
such as CDs, DVDs, MP3s, DVDAs, radio,
any auxiliary source connected to A/V jacks,
or the auxiliary input jack, if your vehicle has
this feature. The wireless headphones have
an On/Off button, channel 1/2 switch, and a
volume control.

Push the power button to turn on the headphones.
An indicator light located on the headphones comes
on. If the light does not come on, the batteries might
need to be replaced. See “Battery Replacement”
later in this section for more information. Switch the
headphones to Off when not in use. Channel 1 is
dedicated to the video screen, while Channel 2 is
dedicated to RSA selections.[/color]

Thanks, johnway. It was the headphones. I didn't realize you had to switch the channel. Unfortunately, the third set of headphones I got at Best Buy don't seem to be 2 channel, but hopefully all three kids won't want to listen to the radio at the same time. The Best Buy headphones do work with the DVD player.
