I have a 2009 Acadia SLT. I've been working on it for a while. One thing I noticed when doing live GM OBD scans is that I have hits on all the counters of the 4 cam sensors, but I have zero RPM. From what I've read from NGK the RPM reading should be 1/2 of the engine speed RPM measured by the crank sensor. Do you think it's possible for a partial failure of the sensor where it would count but not show RPM readings? The car starts and then immediately dies with no codes.
