Anyone experience their back up camera not working? I get the exclamation mark and crossed off camera symbols. It's only sometimes. Any help?

My wife's does the same thing at times. Sent it to dealer once, they could not duplicate the problem.
So I'll wait a little closer to warranty cut off date and let them have for however long it takes to fix it.

Chances of the service center finding something wrong is when "sometimes" becomes "more often than not." If you can duplicate the condition for the service professional, your chances of getting things fixed the first time would be much better.

There have been quite a few reports of this now and an existing service bulletin. Most likely will need a wiring harness replacement based on what others have needed. I started the thread below about a year ago. Feel free to post on there to keep us updated. Next time it does it take a picture of the screen. Mine was storing codes each time the camera failed to work and with the 2 pieces of information the dealer should be able to help you.

Update 10/31/20 So far the only fixes that have been documented have been to replace the coax cable or whole harness which runs under the passenger side floor board area back to the video process module that is under the left trunk area. You have to pull the spare tire covers to access it...

My 2021 was not working. Caused me to back into a low visibility concrete post. Dealer would do nothing to share repair cost. Said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. Got the bulletin one day after accident. Austin

The problem is that most dealers do not currently have the parts to fix the issue.

The recall did not fix the problem. Camera still fails intermittently. It's been to the dealer four times and I'm in the process of filing a lemon law claim.
