Nope, because even with my 6 foot frame, that is one heck of lift, then jockey bike into position and tie down. Coarse, I'm a senior too! We have Thule's model 910 which works great for both vehicles for easy rear mounting. A little cumbersome if taking a trip to gain access to rear compartment, but know big deal for the 2 of us. We don't have a trailer hitch and if did, would have opted for Thule's hitch mounting.
Trailer hitch bike mount much easier. The Acadia is just too tall for top mount of bikes. My brother in law accidently droped his bike while trying to place it on his car roof rack. Cost $$$ to fix the dent.
Even if you do not have the Trailering package ... you could always get the hitch bolted afterwards and use a rear mount bike rack.
I have a Thule 4 bike mount. Problem is getting into the hatch with the bikes on the rack. Mounting of funky suspenson bikes will require a bit of trying ... they also sell kits for these type of bikes.
