My 2019 Acadia has started to think I’ve left the key fob inside. I get up to leave the car, and it starts madly beeping and telling me Remote Left in Car. It still beeps as I step outside the car with the fob in my purse or hand. How can I get it to stop? I did confirm the second fob is not in the car; it is inside the house.

Is it not covered by warranty? Have you contacted your dealership?
Does it stop as you get further away?

It just started doing this, so I guess I’ll talk to the dealer. It seems to stop eventually. It just beeps a lot as I get out. I did leave the fob in there yesterday while it was being inspected. So it’s almost as if it got “trained” to think the fob was still inside.
