The online owner's manual addresses connecting an aftermarket brake controller. It says:
"If equipped, there are four blunt cut wires inside the front driver side instrument panel. It will be necessary to have a technician connect the 12-volt power to the engine compartment fuse block."
Since my Acadia has the 7 pin trailer harness connector and the towing package with the trailer hitch assembly, I assumed that it is "equipped" for a brake controller. But I can't find the four blunt cut wires.
I have opened up the "front driver side instrument panel" but cannot find any blunt cut wires.
Does anyone know how to connect my brake controller harness (universal, with 4 blunt cut wires) to my Acadia?
