I recently Purchased a 2018 GMC Acadia. I’ve been checking over the fluids and where exactly is the power steering reservoir?

There is none!! Your Acadia has rack-assist electric power steering. It's been that way since introduction of the C1XX platform Acadia in 2017.

Not a lot of passenger vehicles in the GM line up that do not have electric power steering.
