Hoping someone has some insight for us; we’ve owned our 2015 Acadia for less then a year, and have had nothing but problems with it; I’m thoroughly disgusted with all of it, and it’s to the point now where it doesn’t drive at all. The problems we have had are:

-Power windows/interior lights intermittently not working
-Headlights randomly turning on and off even when the vehicle is off
-Vehicle not turning off when placed in park, and the key removed and in the “off” position
-Random incidents of the battery being dead, but then able to recharge and successfully hold a charge
In the last week, we have now started getting a “Service Stabilitrack/Service Traction Control” message while driving; the engine powers down to less then 30 mph, begins shifting rough, and after about a mile will ultimately die. This has been accompanied by a “Service Battery Charging System”, and the battery being unable to hold a charge.
We have had the following done, after many trips to the shop:
-New alternator
-Removal of aftermarket remote starter
-New battery
-New headlights
-Multiple wire harness and fuse replacements
If anyone is able to offer any suggestions, I would really appreciate it!

Have you been taking it to a dealer or an independent shop?

Did problems clear up after the wiring harnesses were replaced, only to recur? Water intrusion into electrical connections is not an uncommon issue in these vehicles. You can replace parts all day but the water intrusion issues need to be resolved.

How many miles and have you done the detective work to make sure it was not a flood car?

Where did you purchase it from, dealer or private seller?
Do you know the history of it, maintenance records, Carfax? Was it possibly in a flood, evidence would be musty smell from water in the carpet, excessive rust under carpet, seats, corrosion on electrical connections.
