Where is the 400 HP engine

Trading in my Acadia Denali for the 400HP--415# torque 2020 Ford Explorer ST this Fall. GM is falling behind the current curve with the 2020 310 HP Acadia Denali.
My previous vehicles were the Suburban, qty two (2) GMC Yukon Denali's, & current Acadia Denali.

Greetings! I saw that awesome 2020 Ford Explorer. The problem is the upscale model is over $60,000. My friends ask me why I would spend $60K on a Ford. Good questions although the Police Departments throughout our country like the Ford Explorer. I had purchased a 1958 Mercury Monclair with the Turnpike engine. There was 2 of everything on that vehicle and there were constant repairs required. In 1962 $1300.00 of repairs in one year was expensive for a 19 year old. So in today's dollars, one year repairs for the 1958 Mercury would cost about $15,000. That experience led me to never buy a Ford product although the new Ford Explorers look good. Best of Luck to All!
