2nd row cigarette lighter replacement?

Hey everyone-

My kids managed to break the cigarette lighter/power adapter that's built into the rear of the console. I'm new to finding parts online - can someone give me a suggestion on where to go/how to look this part up?

Also - any chance I could somehow install an outlet here instead?

Thanks!
Shane

GMPartsDirect is a good source for parts like that. You'll need to enter the year and build of the car (SLE, SLT, etc.) to get the right list.

What kind of "outlet" are you talking about?

I was hoping I could instead install a 110v plug so the kids could plug in a device (gaming system, etc.). Is that a possibility?

Thanks!

Parts are on the GM site for the factory DC-to-AC inverter. It should be plug-n-play, or easily wired into the outlet power source already there. You have the option of installing an aftermarket inverter and outlet if you want to go that route.
