Question Need TSB for 13 Acadia USB port

Does anyone have a copy of the TSB that GM put out in regards to the USB port starting at the beginning all the time as opposed to where it left off. I think it had something to do with rewiring the USB port to a hot wire.

15-NA-028 is one bulletin, and PI0962E is the other. The "I" may be a 1, but not sure.

This issue is driving me nuts, and any help on these or how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 13 Acadia Denali.
