2013 acadia Denali check engine flashing, traction control light on, stabilitrack ser

So my 2013 acadia denali motor is running rough shaking. The check engine light is on the traction control light is on and the stabilitrack message is on to. Also weird to me the auto liftgate will not work either

What are the codes that triggered the check engine light?

misfire in cyl 4.
Possible causes-

carbon buildup.
bad plug
bad coil.

Though it is interesting that the tailgate issue and the other messages popped up at the same time.

Have you/mechanic done any work recently. Any work to the vehicle?

I would start by checking the coil. Swap the coil with one of the other coils and see if the code changes.

So took it too a shop not the dealer but a shop that is certified for GM and it was a bad coil and worn plugs got that fixed but now they say it's still has a random missfire so they put some type of carbon cleaner in there and it's still happening now they say they are going to go in with a camera to see if a peice of carbon is stuck in there. Can that really be the problem?
