Did a quick search and surprised not to find any answers... what do you use to clean your windshield, inside and out?  There are so many opinions but since I now have a new Acadia Denali I thought I'd find out what fellow owners use...

Any commercial glass cleaner will do. Windex or Glass Plus is on the shelf at home. Otherwise, it's whatever they use at the car wash.

Both inside & outside, I use stoners glass cleaner with a piece of newspaper. Works perfectly, every time. Use standard news print, not the paper with the glossy finish. You can even use the pages from a book of yellow pages, too. God knows most of those books aren't needed anymore!

On the inside I just use Windex and  paper towel

On the outside I just use the wiper spray. The edges only get done monthly with a car wash.

Local automatic car wash does the exterior.  When I need the inside done, I drive 30 minutes to another wash with full service and they do the inside windows 3 times a year, besides full exterior wipe down of vehicle for $9.95, with veteran discount.

When I was ambitious ,  Stoner comes to mind.   Hyper

Forgot to add that once cleaned, I use this stuff to polish the exterior glass. Works just as good as RainX and lasts about 1-2 months longer.

Years ago, I'd actually wax the outside windows with standard car wax, but I quickly started to realize that the windshield wipers were pulling the wax coating off and it was leaving lines/residue where the wipers stopped. That Nano Diamond stuff goes on clear and doesn't leave a residue like standard car wax. Although, I'd never use that on the paint. I have many other products for that Grin

Never been a fan of applying ANY product like that to the glass.

Windex (or whatever is in the current cleaning basket) on the inside and RainX on the outside.  Both applied with an old cotton undershirt.
