Would you have a separate section for each category for the 2017?

Good luck with that. We can't even get autoguide to fix the attachment thing. How many years has it been broken?  facepalm

Just refer to the old model as Acadia 1 (2007-2012), Acadia 1S (2013-2017), and Acadia 2.0 (2017-God I hope they change it in 5 years)  Works for Apple should work here as well.

When GM did the other redesigns of the Acadia, besides the body style were there wholesale changes to the mechanicals also?

Mechanical changes between 2007 and 2017 were minor.  The tranny got some tweaks and to solve the wave plate issue. The original engine was not Direct Injection, that came along in late 2009 or 10, then they changed the intake for 2013 from aluminum to composite.  I think these were the only minor changes in the last 10 years.

does the 2nd row of the drivers side roll forward for access to the 3rd row, or is it only the passenger side that rolls forward?  I notice that on the new Traverse only the passenger side rolls forward.

When you think about the thread topic, consider this:

1) Autoguide never changed the forum banner to reflect the body change in 2013,

2) Autoguide never revived the "AF" graphic for the browser tab, and

3) Autoguide never repaired broken parts of the forum, i.e. the attachment function (Oh wait!! ... The did repair the gallery).

Do you really think Autoguide will keep this forum up to date to reflect changes in 2017 or any coming year?  shrug

I've always wondered why the forum is still showing the older style pics on the top banner.

does the 2nd row of the drivers side roll forward for access to the 3rd row, or is it only the passenger side that rolls forward?  I notice that on the new Traverse only the passenger side rolls forward.

Passenger side has smartslide where you can keep a car seat hooked up and still slide/tilt the seat forward to access the third row. The drivers side slides forward but not as much as the passengers side does. My guess it that the Traverse is the same way. People saying only the rear passenger seat slides in the 2018 Traverse, I bet it's the same system as the Acadia though.
