Hello, everyone.  I bought used 09 acadia 131k on it. Super clean everything worked. I got a good deal on it. I thought.
I bought on a Friday, took it to the dealership Monday to have a full service done. 450bucks. Not to bad. Then came the news, 2200 for a timing chain job. But I work a deal with the dealership, I got new cv axles both sides, because 1 was already bad, new spark plugs, new belt, new timing chain kit. This all happened like a few days after buying this car. Parts labor and I got the cv axles from o.Rileys 2400 bucks .I'm a gm guy all the way, but they are way to prideful of the oem cv axles. After getting the car back wow, the power now is night and day different.  I hope this suv holds up I can't put no more money in it. So who's got some mileage on there 3.6 suvs and how are yalls holding up

is it possible the seller cleared the Check Engine light to hide the fact the vehicle had set the timing chain codes?

there is a thread around here with members posting mileage.

I'm wondering if he bought the boy with the car, or if they were sold separately.  hilarious

I think they bought the boy with the car.   Otherwise   just why would they buy a boy all by himself?

All depends on its intended use. Is it simply a dedicated accessory for this car? Or, is it something left at home or moved from car to car?
