How do you reset the oil change indicator on the DIC?

Hello
I have a 2007 Acadia. I've changed the oil a few times outside the dealer, but don't know how to reset the oil life indicator on the DIC. I have to change engine oil soon,
so how can I reset it?

Thanks

Re: how to remove Change oil sing

If you have the DIC, you can use the reset button there (the far left button) just like any of the other parameters. If you do not have the DIC then push the trip odometer button until the oil remaining shows and then push and hold it until it resets to 100%. Both methods are described on page 401 of the owner's manual.

Title & first post edited for clarity.

Life lesson: The two best days owning an Acadia are the day you buy it and the day you sell it. Our $42K Acadia lasted less than 6 years and began to fall apart: radio, hatch, water pump, power steering, TPMS, and now the transmission all within a year.
