Cleaning underneath seat rails

Does anyone have any good methods for cleaning the carpet UNDERNEATH the second row seat rails? I had food in trays in the rear with both seats folded, and when I came to a stop the trays slid and fell on the floor and got underneath the seat.

I cleaned the carpet as best I could and sprayed enzyme cleaner, but I still can smell something. Do the seats just bolt up to get under there or is there some kind of tool that would work?

A herd of highly trained maggots would work. LOL
